Sure, some may complain with the MCO but that does not change anything. In fact, it adds to a heavy burden to start your day. The thin red line between winning or losing is your state of mind. Count more blessings than sufferings to be grateful of what you have. Amplify the good.  A positive state of mind is forward looking and opens up more possibilities at work and home.
𝟐. 𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐓
Eating proper with exercises tunes your body to be alert and in good health to take on the day. A good diet is filled with lots of vegetables, fruits and protein. Sometimes people snack more when working from home to overcome boredom. If you have to snack then make it a point to choose fruits or healthy alternatives such as nuts or hard boil eggs to satisfy your cravings.
Hydration is also important to reduce the loss of strength. You can get dehydrated at home too! Drink enough water and reduce your coffee or soda intake.
𝟑. 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐅𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐒
To be alone and being lonely is two different things. You can be alone yet have a fulfilling day. To feel lonely is a social isolation feeling. The MCO rules is designed to reduce social contact and break the chain of infection. We have to support this to ensure we are able to bring the infection rate down. Prolonged social isolation can be stressful for many. To break this burden, modern technologies such as Zoom or WhatsApp video is available for you to organize meet-ups. Set regular after-work to connect with family and friends. Do a group work-out like Zumba! Connection, even though is virtual, is important to remain meaningful with our friends and family.
